enterprises and organizations, announces that a conference call with Stakeholders will be held on July 17,
2025 at 4.00 p.m. (CET). During the call, the Group will present its economic and financial results for the
fiscal year ended April 30, 2025, following the approval of the Consolidated Financial Statements by the
Board of Directors. The FY 2026–2027 Industrial Plan will also be presented and discussed.
