The Board of Directors of Sesa S.p.A. approved the following financial calendar for the Fiscal Year May 2025 – April 2026:
- July 17, 2025: Board of Directors – Approval of the draft of the Statutory and Consolidated Financial Statements as of April 30, 2025;
- August 27, 2025 and, if necessary, August 28, 2025: Shareholders’ Meeting – Approval of the Statutory Financial Statements and presentation of Consolidated Financial Statements as of April 30, 2025;
- September 11, 2025: Board of Directors – Approval of the Interim Report as of July 31, 2025;
- December 18, 2025: Board of Directors – Approval of the Half-Year Financial Report as of October 31, 2025;
- March 12, 2026: Board of Directors – Approval of the Interim Report as of January 31, 2026.
In the event of any changes to the corporate events for the Fiscal Year, Sesa S.p.A. will promptly notify. The calendar of corporate events is also available on the Company’s website www.sesa.it – “Investor Relations”.
