The stock buyback plan is executed in compliance with the applicable laws and regulationsand the terms and conditions included in the authorization to purchase and disposal of treasury shares.<\/p>\n<p>Sesa S.p.A. purchased in the period from August 28, 2024 to September 20, 2024, n. 9,743 Sesa ordinaryshares, equal to 0.06288001% of the Company\u2019s share capital, at an average price of Euro 90.67275 pershare gross of fees, for a total value of Euro 883,425.<\/p>\n<p>Sesa S.p.A. on September 19, 2024, in execution of the Stock Grant Plan 2024-2026, assigned free of chargeto the Beneficiaries of the Plan 42,650 Sesa ordinary shares, as already published in implementation of theInternal Dealing procedures of Sesa.
